The office was clean and inviting. Staff was efficient and friendly. I arrived 10 minutes early to fill out paperwork; I was then ushered to the back; given some directions and was starting my test. Quickest appointment I’ve ever had. 30 mins from start to finish.
My experience at SimonMed Tinley Park was excellent! All staff were friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. They made me comfortable throughout visit. I was walking a little slow with a cane and technician was empathetic and patient. Online registration made process quick and eliminated the need for paperwork on day of MRI. I would highly recommend this facility!
