A big shout out to Lisa Swiftney and Simple Computer Repair! In the restoration industry a functioning phone is a must. On a Friday morning our Disaster Team Manager, Theresa Krebs, accidentally dropped her phone where she immediately contacted Lisa. Within a minutes she was able to confirm an appointment and was met with smiling faces and a knowledgable staff. The Best part-Theresa had her phone back in one hour looking brand new!!! Absolutely love this place. First time I went in for a bad laptop screen, and they ended up catching the failure of my hard drive, something that I had no clue was even happening. Got a call about it within 24 hours, and got my laptop back within a week (they had to wait for the screen to come in). Ended up having to go back because they didn't reformat the new hard drive successfully and were real cool about it, even going so far as to not charge me for the extra labor and worked to get it back to me before I had to work la... read more
