I received my tires on the date quoted. Tires were in great shape. I did recognize that I had made a mistake and ordered the wrong size. It was an oversight on my part. I contacted customer support to find out how to return the tires for credit. Ben was very professional, helpful and kind. I am currently in return process and my account will be credited at that time. Even though I made a mistake with this first order I plan to continue ordering tires from SimpleTire in the future.
