I could not select the address of my preferred installer. I was only given Pep Boys and one other installer. Pep Boys was not willing to let me know when or if the order was received and they charge more for installation than my preferred installer. Not familiar with the other option for installers. Had to elect to have the tire sent to my home.

So far so good (at time of online order). I was really happy with the overall thought of ordering online tires, however my initial gut hesitations ended up coming true. This was a lesson learned for the delivery and installation end of this transaction. I would like to have seen your website have a box to check that states please call and confirm installation for the tires you are ordering (Sesrs, Pep boys, etc.).
