Web interface was fluid. - I would add an option to continue shopping after the first product was selected, I wasn't sure if the cart would hold my first selection when I went back to shopping.

The order process was kinda of cumbersome in the end, doesn't give the user a warm and fuzzy that this is a valid site. Although the website appears to be secure it can be a turnoff for some users.
