I gave SimpleTire "good" instead of "excellent" rating for the following two reasons: - I received an email soon after placing the order that the provided billing address did not match the address on file with my credit card and I must give SimpleTire a call. This wasn't the case: my billing address was exactly the same. I phoned SimpleTire and the representative told me that there is no issue with my credit card and that my order is already processing.
