my neighbor told me about simple tire i compared from a on line store i used in the past to order tires for my truck and i ended calling the toll free number a agent recommended a great tire very affordable placed the order and was at my door in 2 days excellent customer services 2 thumbs up..
The delivery driver totally surprised me when he showed up the day after I placed the order. Did I just happen to pick the right brand and size that was in stock locally ? Maybe ... But I can't pick lottery numbers like that ! ... My local Tire Warehouse, that did the install, always treats me right.
I ended up selling the car with the existing tires, the return process and the Woman who assisted me was the best customer service representative I have ever spoken with, please promote her to Customer Service Manager!
