I purchased a set of nitto. 275/40/20. The price was reaonalble. The online purchasing process was simple, and delivery was on time. Very pleased with the tires. I would definitely recommend simple tire to friends.
The customer service is fine. The shipping service totally dropped the ball. Not only did they ship to the wrong address, they delivered to the wrong address with my name on the address saying it was delivered. Simple Tire shipped some new tires out but only one arrived. I don't understand why they weren't deliver together on the same truck.
