Let me start by saying "Excellent Company!". I've made a few purchases and did not have ANY issues. I recently order a set of tires and realized I ordered the wrong size. I followed the instructions on the website about returns. The site is very easy to navigate and self-explanatory. I received an email today (3/24) informing to affix the labels to the tires and returns however, no document was attached to the email. Great service people and good quality service
My first purchase with Simple Tire has been a pleasant one. The shipping however wasn't. Fed Ex decided to split the shipment dates on the 4 tires I ordered into two separate dates. 3 days apart was not satisfactory for me. Quality tires and a great value!!! Thank you Simple Tire for making my shopping experience a pleasure.

One bit of advice: When an email ("Perry, we'd love to hear from you!") comes to my inbox from Kevin Parcell, a person I don't know from Adam, I, like most people I know, will immediately reject that email to the trash bin and pay no further attention to it.
