The web site is not user friendly for some people. Once we got it figured out it was good. Arrived quickly. Happy with everything else.

I will be contacting customer service over the description of the tires. I chose this one over another due to the 65K warranty. Sticker on the tire says 45k. Otherwise the tires I ordered came a day late but undamaged. They seem to be a good tire.

I made a mistake and ordered the wrong sized tire. The pull down menu was a bit confusing I did not realize that I was supposed to select a size, since I had searched for a specific tire. My bad. I called customer service and spoke with a wonderful young lady who tried to stop the order. Long story short she forgave the restock fee, I reordered the right sized tire and received them in 3 days. Thank you
