The only down fall to my purchase had nothing to do with simpletire but the fact they use the incompetent FedEx to ship them. Simpletire had best price and great selection to choose from. Highly recomend them
Pretty much the only thing i dont like, but sometimes is nice....is that the prices seem to change by the minute. Up and down. So sometimes if your pondering, your tires might go down or up within hours or days...and it may benifit or hurt you. And they wont match it to lowest price that they had minutes earlier if you already bought them. Otherwise, its easy to shop and buy tires amd they come fast.
Everything went great, i havent installed tires yet. Only problem is you keep addresding "save $100 on installation" but i cant find your local installers list anywhere on your site, i have tried several different ways?
Great price on a hard to get tire. However, I never received responses to emails sent through the customer support system when I had a problem with my order. Initially, the payment was rejected so my order was on hold even though the system told me order was confirmed. There was no email or call telling me about the issue, which I discovered when it took too long to get my tire. I've recently bought two sets of tires from Simple Tire and was beyond satisfied. Both sets (different brands, different sizes...and uncommon hard to find) Simple had them and at the best price / free shipping! Tires arrived fast and through a reputable shipper. The tires seem to be of satisfactory quality. However the shipping and customer service need improvement. I was guaranteed 2 day shipping and received the tires a week and a half later. Next to nothing was done to rectify this dissatisfaction.
I will be getting my tires for my SUV when ready. I bought 4 tires for my sons benz for Christmas, mostly because of the price and the quality looked good. I did not know that they were 2 different tires sizes needed on the car. . the return for the 2 tires were so easy. the 2 associates I talked to Amanda and I believe Michielle were fantastic. You have a new customer. FOR SURE!!!!
