I’ve dealt with Simplicity Car Care on a few occasions, and the experience has been excellent each time. Matthew, in particular, has always been professional, helpful, and easy to work with. He takes the time to explain things clearly, keeps me updated, and makes the whole process smooth and stress-free. Finding such consistent service is rare, and I appreciate the care and attention I’ve received here. Matthew, the store manager, is the sole reason for this feedback. Matthew turned out to be a very professional, responsive, thorough and an excellent human being. I had a stressful time dealing with my insurance company. The only good thing that came out of that whole experience was dealing with Mathew at Simplicity Auto. They were professional, kept you updated, showed compassion and the best part….excellent work on my car!!!
