Dr. Patel is excellent. Personality, technical competence, well run office, she embodies my idea of the perfect dentist. The staff is great, including the hygienists and front office and scheduling folks. The dentist has never been my favorite place to go, but coming to Dr. Patel's office is about as good an experience as it can be. You won't go wrong with Dr. Patel
I have been going to Dr. Patel for many years, for routine cleanings and more recently for a crown and veneers. She and her staff have always been very professional, thorough, and accommodating to my schedule. I highly recommend Dr. Patel.
I have been a patient for many years with a lot of dental issues. Everyone at the practice does an excellent job. Dr. Patel is extremely knowledgable, spends time explaining all procedures and has excellent follow-up. They have always provided high quality referrals for additional dental work. Dr.Platel and her staff are very professional and wonderful .I travel over 400 miles to see Dr.Platel. I have had a great experience. All my interactions have been very pleasant with everyone in the office. Dr. Patel and others take the time to explain anything about which I had questions (I was very curious), were as social as I wanted to be, and were thoughtful both of my time (trying to group items into fewer visits) and my insurance coverage. IT IS LIKE GOING TO A SURPRISE PARTY. YOU NEVER KNOW WHOM WILL BE ATTENDING TO YOU UNTIL YOU GET THERE AND THEN GET IN THE DENTAL CHAIR. THEN ALL THE GIRLS SURROUND YOU UNTIL DR. PATEL SHOWS UPI AND GIVES ALL THE INSTRUCTIONS AND THEN SHE BEGINS TO ATTEND TO YOU WITH HER LOVING PERSONALITY AND DENTAL EXPERTISE. Cutting edge technology, (my crown was designed by a computer front of my eyes, an exact duplicate of my tooth), a wonderful and caring staff, immaculate surroundings, and a dentist who delivers care at the highest level making for a marvelous dental experience. I ought to know because I have been a Dental specialist for 55 years, and I have seen it all. Dentistry in this office is delivered at the highest level of caring and perfection. Dr. Mona Patel is excellent and most important of all.... It was painless!!
