I have been a long time patient of Dr. Mona Patel's and cannot rave enough about her and her office! I HATE dentists! But today, I had the most wonderful experience. Everyone in the office made me feel comfortable. Each procedure was explained. I was part of the process, not just The Patient. The caring and concern of Dr. Patel and her staff eased my anxiety about being in the chair. Thank you.
I highly recommend Dr. Patel to anyone looking for a new dentist in Abington. I have known her for only a short time but in that time I know that she has some of the best qualities I look for in a dentist. She is caring, compassionate and listens to my concerns that I have. I was a patient of Dr Patel's for over 20 years - everyone in our family has used her for a long time. We were always very pleased with her work, staff and environment. Unfortunately last year her Office Administrative services deteriorated significantly. We had issues with scheduled appointments, poor communication and incorrect billing services. I have been a patient of Dr. Patel for a few years now and travel over an hour to visit. I am consistently blown away with the level of expertise of Dr. Patel and the knowledge and kindness of her staff. Everything is done to the highest quality with genuine care about patients. Whether you are looking for general, cosmetic or TMJ dentistry, you cannot go wrong with this office.
Dr. Patel suggested that I be evaluated because of sleep problems I have experienced.. I was excited to know that there might be ways that I could be evaluated in her office and my sleep could be monitored at home, avoiding having to spend the night in a sleep facility. I am part-way through the process and have discovered that my windpipe closes significantly when I sleep.. I look forward to further evaluation by Dr Patel in leading to a solution for my sleep apnea.
I have been a patient of Dr. Patel for the pass 20+ years, since she began her practice in the Abington area. I have always felt the friendly, professional and yes, fun atmosphere as I first walk through the office door. With the all of the amazing up to date technology procedures and knowledge of the entire staff, there is still the "old fashion" caring and listening of the patients needs and questions, greatly appreciated!
