Highly recommended! Great customer service. She was friendly, explained everything, and got our unit paperwork quickly. This place is very clean. I feel completely safe when getting into my unit. I know they have surveillance keeping an eye on the whole place at all times. I'd recommend Simply Self storage in Cypress, ca to anybody that needs a storage unit.

You need to see this place!!!!!!!! The facility is amazing!!!! State of the art, clean, friendly staff, great bargain. If you need a rental space, THIS IS THE PLACE.
Great prices, great location, great service They followed up immediately after I made my reservation, due to my crazy work schedule I was ever able to make our appointments but when I walked in on staurday John who was covering from a different location (I think it was the Orange location) was extremely helpful and made the process super easy. It's very affordable, clean and they even have dollies for you to use.
Not satisfied I clicked on the advertised price of 50% off of $87 for the first 3 months. When I moved in to my unit, they did not honor the deal. False advertising! They got me for $112. Will not recommend! Not satisfied!
