Storage Fast & courteous service! Near my home & cimpetive prices along w free use of moving Dolly's!!
Clean facility The storage rooms are clean and the doors/locks work smoothly. I like that the facility is not close to a freeway from a security standpoint.
These people are quick, accurate, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I asked a lot of questions, and the lady working there was able to clearly answer all of them. The facility is clean, the lot is secure, and the process to rent a unit is very simple and defined to you very clearly when you sign the paper work.
great The lady at the desk was very friendly and i was quickly placed in my unit. The rate was a fair price too. The customer service was excellent! I have enjoyed my experience with Simply Storage so far.
Wonderful experience. I feel very satisfied that my items are secure and safe. Excellent on site security. Reasonably priced. We are very happy with our choice.
Nice and helpful. But inconvenient. Wish the access time was until 11pm. Can't pay online without paying a fee and over the phone is a $6 charge. So need to make payments at the office location which is very inconvenient due to distance and office hours.
