Good experience but the staff was very inflexible. They seemed to want to rip off the customer which is not exactly what i call customer service. Good customer service entails flexibility and willingness to tailor a bit for the customer.
Just what I needed! Reserving online was slick - I barely clicked submit and Cecil was on the phone with me to clarify details and make sure I had no questions. He has been great to work with! The facility is close and accessible.

It's closest to our house, so we used it. For the space offered, $99 a month is a bit steep and thankfully we will only be using it for a few months.

Cecil, the gentleman who helped me, was very friendly, courteous, and moved the paperwork along very quickly. the sorage area is easy access and is clean. also, the facility seems very secure. I like it.
Most personal service I've ever received I would highly recommend to every one seeking storage to come here out standing .
