m experience was good just wish they had better carts to hold bags on so they wont fall off.
Ms. Tammy was very professional. She told me everything I needed to do now and in future for my storef things. I can tell she goes strictly by the book. And she was very honest as well, asking a few time if I understood. If not she would explain them very patiently. Also Delano showed me everything I need to know to keep my storage safe and protected. I'm confident, that there will be no problems with my storage. You have 2 excellent employees working at your store in Trenton, N.J.
Closed when we got there Office was closed at 11am when email told us to arrive at 930am. Luckily we waited like 30 mins bc someone did show up. Employee mentioned he was pulled from another location within the state to cover a pregnant employee who couldn't come to work. Everything worked out but was stressful when dealing with it all.
Employee car should NEVER be inside the storage area. I have an accident. I had an accident while off loading my stuff. Police was involved. Listening and make judgment. My point is clear. Everybody was in a hurry and accident happen. Mistake can be avoid if proper procedure were follow. Please look at the camera. Looking forward to read. I received a reckless driving ticket. I have to go to court to fight it.
the air there is very dirty, with a very fine dust that made me cough and made my things feel dirty so i had to start covering everything in plastic. also, the gate broke i guess? because it was just open all afternoon after my first run there.
