Was impressed with the manager's genuinely personable demeanor!! Although she fills out the contracts all the time, she made it as informative and clear as possible.
Great Place People treat you with kindness and respect here. Basic security. Cooling storage recommended as my stuff is still fresh. Daughter stored in the out-side unit and within a couple month mold started to form on things, had to switch units.
Staff should adhere to published office hours. the sign on the door said that the office was open from 9:00am to 6:00pm, I received an email on the day I was to move in instructing me to arrive at the office between 9:00am and :00pm, yet even though there were two people working in the office that day, when I arrived at 11:55am there was a note on the door saying that they were closed and would return at 1:30pm. POOR MGMT Notice the dates of these reviews. The good ones are very old. I rented a unit here last year and was very satisfied so I rented again this summer. The new mgr, Donna, has the worst possible attitude and demeanor of any property mgr I have ever encountered. They have been thru several of these managers over the last year. The a/c units are not cold, the same roaches are in the same places every time I go there, the same note is on the door saying they'll brb.
