The Best Customer Service Ever!!!! I never rented a storage unit before. I got all my questions answered. The lady that helped me was so knowledgeable, friendly, empathetic, professional, courteous, and respectful. She walked me through the process and gave me the best unit for the size that I wanted. The unit was nice and clean right in the front as I desired. I recommend Simply Self Storage to anyone that want to be treated with VIP accomodations.
