Glad it's close to home, easy to make several trips a day. So far so good. I do wish I had 24 hour access.
I have recommended this facility. they are getting a unit this week Service was fast polite and more than friendly. I was impressed when I was offered a different storage unit for a board missing that I didn't notice till after it was pointed out. The staff make's sure the customers are taken care of and I love how much attention was given to my purchase. Awesome service! Quick easy and affordable The representative that helped me was very nice and helpful in assisting me with my needs. I was able to get a storage unit within a half hour and it was very affordable with no hassle.
excellent customer service The property seems to be managed well. Carrie has provided me great customer service. The facility has fences in good repair and the automated gate seems older but in good repair. I believe the property could use some love and care in the units. Maybe some updating and a good coat of paint would really update it's look.
competent staff, adheres to the rules This place is in need of some love. The gate is in good repair. The place is clean but could use some paint and rust converter. The door to my unit was sturdy and my lock is good. This facility is not 24 he access but I don't need that. This facility is a good fit with the thing that I require at this time. Good price point compared to the competition. And better monitoring than the competition.
