Laura is awesome at her job, I can't believe that corporate people took away their break room at this location. Place still looks great but, I still vote for all people to have a break room at work.
Clean, well lit, climate controlled in summer and winter, two large elevators, four heavy-duty moving trolleys, wide hallways, and... the staff members in the office are always friendly and very helpful. Great responsiveness and customer service. Highly recommended!
Laura was pretty fantastic and helped us get the correct storage size we TRUELY needed. Not only was she extremely educated on getting me and my man set up she took the time to show us how to access it. She was super nice and patient.
The service is horrible prices kept being raised on my unit and then I turned out. I was in The paying for two units at one time didn’t realize it you know I had moved it to one unit and then moved out for bigger unit. My unit number was 2215. I tried to get some things worked out with upper management. I couldn’t never get nobody on the phone. They end up selling my stuff in my unit. They told me it was gonna give me a time for me to come back and get my personal things that the people left behind. I’ve never heard from the... read more
Been with these guys for two years and they’ve been awesome! I just had to downsize and it was super quick and easy thanks to Laura’s help. She was the best!
