You did great. The staff is courteous and very helpful. The assistant with my Doctor was very good. The pre check by the Doctor's assistant was excellent and during the exam by the Doctor made some wonderful suggestions. The Doctor made me feel very comfortable and examined my feet thoroughly with lots of good advice and constant encouragement as my feet do have issues that make me quite upset. Dr.Kobler always does a great job
Dr. Steven Cornell is my regular doctor, and I saw him on a Tuesday for my regular appointment. I stubbed my toe early on the following Friday morning while getting a treat for my spoiled cat. I thought for sure it was fractured, when I called the Eastdale office they fitted me in that afternoon with Dr. Eric Sims. The X-ray showed that it was badly bruised (thank goodness). I can’t praise this practice enough and would highly recommend them to everyone. Much appreciation from a very happy patient.
Dr Sims is an excellent doctor! I have a lot of issues with my feet and one ankle. He knows what to do with my foot issues. He listens and he cares. He has a great staff of nurses and front staffers who are very caring.
My problem appears to be resolved. Staff is always cordial.
I don’t have “medical” issues affecting my feet, it’s musculoskeletal type issues, but it’s was still a significant problem. Dr. Sarah Sitek was thorough and knowledgeable in therapeutic therapies and we are getting results!
Front desk was exceptional as usual. Nurse who took care of me before I saw the DR was very friendly and makes you feel right at home. Dr. Frankel was great as usual.
