Great job efficient. Fast friendly
My experience was great. I just love doctor Dubal. She is so caring and concerned about you. Always makes me feel so my better. I would rate her a 10 and give her 5 gold stars for excellence. I would recommend her to anyone which I have already. She is the best foot doctor ever!
I would recommend Dr. Sims and his entire staff. They are professional in all ways. They make you feel part of their family.
Dr Sims did a great job as always. He is the best podiatrist that ever treated me. I was disappointed when I checked out because the clerk at the desk insisted that I make a $35 co-pay and I knew my secondary insurance would take care of that I did not want to create a scene or argue with the lady so I paid the $35 co-pay anyway she should have checked with someone if she wasn’t sure
New Dr. He was nice but cut my toe. First time that happened. Otherwise everything was great.
Visit went well, but then I contacted the office and just asked a couple questions to the receptionist and asked her to get back to me. So I got a call back saying to come in immediately the next day or the day after Christmas. I never said my problem had gotten worse or infected, I just asked two minor questions. When I called back I told the girl of course like I told the doctor if anything had gotten worse I would make an appointment and come in.
Not happy. I was told I owed $ , I don’t recall being in your office 4/23. I paid the $9 anyway. I was unable to get a receipt for my $25 copay, I paid at end of visit. I received a $9.95 receipt. Inexperienced from desk staff. I was given a copy of the doctor’s scribbled notes as proof I was there. No proof I paid. I will never return there. I liked goi going to Dr Cornel when he was in Rhinebeck.
The corn removal was a little more superficial than I wanted. Since it was caused by one day in the wrong shoes & made it painful to wear all my other shoes without padding I had hoped to get rid of the corn (and the evil shoes) and go back to normal. So I’m a bit disappointed
I don’t do this!
