Time has aged this Resort can use some updates. For the price charged could have more television channel selection; not everyone wants to pay for movie to watch or hang out in casinos. We book every year (2 nights) while having fun at the BBQ Rib cook off. Maybe will try another hangout next year.
First time here the place is exceptional We had a 2 bedroom suite in the 35 floor the staff are very helpful friendly and great humble people The unit had great bedding great pillows the mini fridge and bar had many types of beverages the ropes were nice and the jacuzzi overlooking picturesque windows with views of the city throughout the whole unit was also amazing. It was an enjoyable week. Everywhere we went was a very neat and friendly place. Excellent service too.
We enjoyed our 2-day stay at the hotel. The room was on the 28th floor and excellent! Wonderful/delicious in-house restaurants. On the last evening, I relaxed in the pool area. I will definitely stay again!

I've stayed here quite a bit in the last year and have always been very happy. Today, I want to give kudos to Stella, who took care of me when I called to redeem offers from my One Club Rewards card. I had 4 ticket offers and 2 separate room reservations and she was fantastic! She was patient and courteous. The whole transaction was so much faster than I expected. She was amazing!! Thank you Stella for making my experience so easy!
