Great service. A few things that should not be since it is so expensive. The sheets on the bed have hokes in them. You would think that at the rate we paid we would have whole sheets lol. Love how everything is centralized. The casino is clean and the rooms are newer.
The bed was very comfortable, nice view on 11th FL. No fan in bathroom, no refrigerator, you had to pay extra, room was very stuffy and the TV shows were not programmed with correct channels!
This is always my go to hotel when I'm in Reno. Loving the upgrade to the top floor with a suite and jacuzzi.
The cocktail waitress is very nice to us..I will come back again.
