Love the Silver Legacy they always take care of me in any of my needs. But it would be nice if they would let me win a little more frequently. Don't like them taking my money but that's my fault lol.
I love staying there at the Legacy & every time I go there I always get a nice clean room & the staff is very friendly & helpful. One time I had a horrible experience with one lady at the check in lobby, but I took care of that cos I don't take crap from anyone. Since I know what proper customer service is on a daily basis. Management got right on it & gave apology & ever since no complains. Also I had a room that the A/C wasn't working & they immediately gave us another room without any problems. Overall I love it there.
Silver Legacy makes it their business to see that we are happy and satisfied . I have always felt comfortable and at home . The front desk are courteous and helpful. Room service is awesome for early morning breakfast and late night snacks.
Nice place to get way. To go have some funny. I like it.
I recently stayed at the Silver Legacy. I had some issues during my stay, but thankfully, guest services reached out to me. They listened to, and addressed my concerns. I appreciate the customer service.
Dropped in there on one of my visits to Reno, loved the place,felt very comfortable ,will look forward to going back there on my next vist
