I really like the way the practice is run, very efficient staff. I was able to do all the necessary paperwork online, I was seen on time and within a few short minutes was with the doctor. She did a very thorough exam, found some issues and treated them. Explained to me the things I need to do to prevent future issues and had a second or two for small talk. I was in and out in a half hour. That's efficient and at no time did I feel rushed. Great practice.

Dr. Fakhouri made me feel welcomed and safe and explained to be exactly what was going to happen during my surgery. He even called me to make sure i was doing all right and prescribed me medication for any pain that might come about after wards (there was none thankfully). He is extremely professional and I am very happy to have been able to be assisted by him

They are very Anti handicapped here. On my first visit, I stood at the front desk waiting to be checked in for over 10 minutes. I had a 5-minute standing limit at the time per my disability. I was about to fall so I Asked, can I leave my card and information here and go sit down because I'm going to fall at any moment. About 15 minutes later another office lady started screaming at me, asking if I was in pain because she said you just walked away and left your information somethings not right with you. they will cancel your appointment the day before, and blame it on the person scheduled to work w/you . happened more than once... i don't recommend
