Short wait times with appointments. Dr. Poochareon is very professional, thorough, and pleasant.
It felt like I was offered the most expensive treatment with no reason
The clinic has very good facilities. Then about the service, somewhat deficient. The doctor saw me for 3 minutes, with 2 other people inside the room, without my authorization, very uncomfortable. He did not include me in the decision of my medication, he did not explain anything to me, I left confused and somewhat intimidated.
I visited Dr Don’s practice to have a mole removed. I am a new patient and chose Dr Don after reading positive reviews. My mole was removed by his PA. I was told it would be biopsied and I would receive a call with results in one week. It has now been 21/2 weeks since my visit. I have yet to receive a call back , despite my calling and leaving messages ( including messages for the Dr and his PA) on 3 different occasions. Have not had the appointment yet, for my husband. Have communicated several times with call center. In regards to New Patient Paperwork. We have not had any luck to receive any help. on 4/27/2022 , Spoke to office manager Sandra, she has no customer service skills, no compassion. Would do better by talking to a robot. We are only seeing this doctor in regards to the health insurance coverage. My husband had cancer and was a patient at the University of Miami. office needs to revisit there office staff. Dr Kernel was pleasant and put me at ease for my first visit. I felt confident that he was thorough.
While having insurance coverage with Florida Blue, the office confirmed that the doctor did accept that insurance. When I was admitted into the exam room, after a wait of approximately 30 minutes in the waiting room, the doctor emerged. Dr. Colsky removed a small mole from my back and told me I would here from him regarding the mole biopsy. Dr. Colsky told me the mole was benign.
