I am confidant in her skills and completely trust her to appropriately deal with any skin cancer issues. RecommendedTypically, I would rate this company high because they have solved my concerns with my skin. However, this rating is for the dermatologist and not the company. Last week, I went to my appointment and waited beyond the time that I was supposed to get called. I asked the receptionist how much longer it would be, and he stated that there were two patients in front of me and the doctor (Paige Clark) that I was waiting for was slow. I had a a spot on my nose biopsied last week and received a test message yesterday stating my results were back and I needed to speak with my doctor for further discussion. I called the doctor and have not been called back. I have sent multiple messages and no one is responding. I was on hold this morning for 20 minutes with their terrible out of office call center and they are unable to transfer me to a nurse or to a doctor.
