The service delivered was prompt and professional.
The visit was excellent, I got an appointment to see Dr. Adams for removal of a cyst, before I left the parking lot I realized I had a previous engagement for April 28th, I had to reschedule .. I went back up to the practice to try and change it in person and wasn’t able to do that. The receptionist said she would write a note and send it to Dr. Adams nurse. I am still waiting for the office to contact me…Not very efficient…
The staff was very friendly and the skin exam was very thorough.
Everything was on time, updating the patient information was easy, and Brittany explained everything well and did a very thorough exam and treatment.
I met with Amy today. She was professional and very thorough and gave me a good overview of the different facials offered at Skin Smart.. I have been a client of Skin Smart Dermatology for a long time and I have always been pleased with the service there. Dr. Callahan is exceptional -she exudes confidence and is simply the best!
