Beware, this company will overcharge your account by applying unauthorized payments to your debit or credit card. Additionally, if the time lapse between appointments has been 3+ years per visit, you are considered a new patient. Although it is a common practice for healthcare companies to consider one to be a new patient after 3years, charging an extra “new patient fee”, which is NOT covered by insurance, is not a common practice, but this is the scheme SkinSmart uses.
