I called skycap to make a payment and got through instantly the lady was wonderful she was patient and very understanding.
I called Skycap Financial today, unfortunately, I can't recall the name of the lady I spoke with however I have dealt with the staff on a few occasions and I find them to be very friendly and courteous. They took the time to explain to me all of the answers to my questions and even walked me through how to use their website so I can monitor my account.
