This place is AMAZING We are soooo happy at Skye of Turtle Creek! The apartment is very large, in great shape, and has an amazing view! The pool AND jacuzzi are like new and their are BBQ's and a great workout gym. The maintenance staff are also great. We turned in 3 minor maintenance requests and all were responded to almost immediately! And there is always someone cleaning everyday. And the staff are so friendly and accessible. Facilities team This facilities team(Junior, Ivan, Alfredo and Juan) has been very efficient in responding to service requests. Any required repair activity has been quickly and accurately completed. They are friendly and have been very helpful in answering questions. Their work is greatly appreciated.

WONDERFUL 10/10 Kendall and Anthony are amazing, they really know what they are doing! Location is great, property is beautiful and pricing is fair. I highly recommend leasing here.

Impressive The office staff here is amazing. Bright smiles and great communication. After touring with Anthony I’m really considering making Skye of Turtle Creek my new home.

Slightly old property but spacious and very well managed Been here for over a month and overall been a great experience. Shout out to Anthony for being an amazing property manager. He is your go-to guy for anything and is very quick to resolve.

Definitely a hidden gem. Just walked in and the entire lobby is under construction. I was in search for a 3 bedroom apartment because my current place was flooded. Although they didn’t have anything available currently the office staff was welcoming. Kendall said she would get back to me asap if anything came up. When leaving the assistant manager, Anthony asked if I would be so kind and write a review of my experience since I love the place. Great Staff-Great Location From the time I called inquiring about an apartment home here the staff was very nice and answered all of my questions. When I toured, they were very knowledgeable and polite in answering all my questions. It's also steps away from Victory Park and super accessible to downtown life. I would definitely recommend Skye to my friends or anyone I know looking for an apartment home.
