Gee, Ari and... (Verified Renter) Gee, Ari and others on the team set an incredibly high bar. When I walk in after a work trip and someone says "welcome home!" - it's amazing. I appreciate that other residents I don't even know have helped me get groceries up the stairs and the like.
As mentioned previously,... (Verified Renter) As mentioned previously, the maintenance staff with whom I've interacted were all professional and knowledgeable and have also been the most responsive and courteous compared to past experiences I've had at other apartment communities.
Honestly, it depends... (Verified Renter) Honestly, it depends on the person. I would not recommend SkyHouse to someone looking for a quiet, luxury high rise. With that being said, I think SkyHouse is amazing for the current rent rate, and I would recommend to any young professional out of college.

This property is not safe This property is not very safe. I have seen multiple break-ins with the management doing nothing to ensure safety. Last week 20 cars were broken into in the parking garage. The management is subpar, unresponsive, and only cares about you until you sign a lease. Would not recommend
Run, as fast as you can away from this place 1. Elevators - You might want to start going to the gym, your going to need it. Elevators are always broken. As I type this, 1 of 3 elevators is working. Current wait time for elevator around 10 minutes. At one point we didn't have any elevators working for over 3 weeks 2. Drugs - This place smells like a weed factory 24/7 3. One big frat party. If you are into frat parties you will fit right in here 4. Don't move in here with you kids and think you will be taking them to the pool... read more
I would not recommend! I lived at the Skyhouse for just over a year and had a terrible experience. The walls are very thin therefor I could hear absolutely everything happening next door. They also allow drugs to be used in the apartment so entire halls will smell of drugs and "there is nothing they can do about it" (according to management). One of my neighbors had a sub-woofer that consistently vibrated the wall between our apartment all hours of the day and management did "all they could do" which resulted in the continua... read more
A couple of... (Verified Renter) A couple of the concierge (SAM) and another who had recently been fired (Austin) are SOOO RUDE makes me hate going home bc typically ESPECIALLY the new guy SAM HES SO RUDE!! To myself & all my guest. I have text msgs to prove from friends sayin your desk ppl so rude
