Verified Renter Slate is an amazing complex in a perfect location. Near some of my favorite restaurants, bars, breweries, coffee shops, etc. Super easy freeway access with no freeway noise. I toured 12 apartment complexes in my search and ended up going with Slate because of a gut decision, but I think it was largely because of the design. Tasteful interior and exterior with the amenities that mattered to me.

Verified Renter I love Slate! Since I toured I fell in love. The leasing team made it easy and possible to move-in efficiently. I enjoy all of the common area space and I love the location!

Verified Renter I just moved in yesterday, and I am beginning to question and or regret my decision, because I don’t have heat and I don’t have hot running water. And there seems to be absolutely no sense of urgency on behalf of the maintenance staff or management.
