Fantastic experience with these guys. Was able to get a unit the same day through their online checkout process. I showed up a few hours later and everything was ready to go. Very impressed with these guys and highly recommend them!
Very easy to work with. It took us less than 10 minutes to rent a unit for our daughter. It's all paperless too! Staff was very kind and professional and the unit was very clean and ready to go with a brand new lock. It's very secure and clean there!
My experience renting at Slate Storage was great. The staff were easy to get a hold of, answered questions, and responded quickly (even on weekends). The unit was clean, kept weather out, and easy to access at any time. Great customer service all around!
Ashley, the manager, is awesome! I was in a stressful situation and needing storage quickly. She was super kind, professional and efficient. The facility is clean, with multiple security points which makes me feel as though my things are safe. Highly recommend using Slate for your storage needs.
