Wonderful first time visit! The staff is very knowledgeable, willing to help, and super efficient. Dr. Poss does a fantastic job of explaining the procedure and made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. Thank you all so much!
My husband was treated for sleep apnea. Dr. Poss’s mouth piece was like a miracle cure for his snoring. I am nothing short of amazed at how easy it is to wear and how completely it has solved his problem! I am so incredibly thankful. 18 months later it’s still working like magic!
The staff is great! Amanda calls me by name when I walk through the door. Amber is knowledgeable and efficient and nice of course! Great experience!
Dr. Poss and his staff are great! I had been to several physicians prior who couldn’t get me any relief and the first time I came in, he had a plan for me. In just a couple months, I’ve experienced so much relief and he is very easy to get in touch with should anything come up. His Patient Care Coordinator, Amanda, is great as well! She talked me through all of my insurance coverage prior to coming in and is very kind and welcoming at each visit. I couldn’t recommend Dr Poss and his staff enough!!
Dr. Poss was a kind professional dentist however you have to make it past his rude, unprofessional, condescending front office worker Amanda. I am unsure if Dr. Poss is aware of the mistreatment of his patients as I asked to speak with him and Amanda refused. They claim to take medical insurance for sleep apnea appliances and they wash their competitors. They will lie to you and take your money and you will not recieve the appliance.

We strive to keep patients informed about clinical needs and insurance requirements. While we verify benefits prior to the first visit, it's not until we file pre-authoritization that we know what treatment codes will be covered. We only collect what is due as mandated by a policy's contractual guidelines. Our office setting is rather intimate, making each team member's actions transparent. We are not aware of any negative actions and would like to hear from you to discuss how we can improve.
I had exactly the same experience as the previous poster. Upon initially visiting the office, you are taken into a small conference room where you discuss why you are there. More or less, they want to know your goals for your teeth. Near the end of your treatment visit, someone sits down while you are still being worked on, still in your bib, and puts on a car salesman like, high pressure financing scheme. Then you are informed that they claim not to receive insurance, but file it for you.
