RecommendedHighly recommend. I switched to Sleep Medicine Consultants about a year ago for narcolepsy type 1 support They listen, educate, and make me a part of my treatment team (you would be surprised at places that don’t include you in your own treatment team).
Awful experience! The front office has no idea what they are doing. They called me multiple times saying they couldn’t find something, couldn’t read documentation from other dr offices, having me chase things that are not actually needed. HUGE waste of my time! They just called me again to tell me that they completely forgot some of the paperwork l, and I needed to drop everything to address their failure. Nope.
