Be cautious of new associates
Worse service ever! Ordered a mattress and bed frame and was told it would be delivered to my home a week from the day I ordered. Called the day before it was supposed to be delivered and was told it would be 3 more days and I would have to pick it up myself. Ended up driving all the way to Huntsville to get the mattress without the frame. Was then told the frame would take another week. I really HATE to speak ill of anyone or any business but our experience with Mattress King was one error after another. 1. On Sunday we ordered a mattress/box spring, Queen with half height box spring. My daughter was sleeping in the guest room, waiting, they told us it would be the following Saturday. 2. On Saturday after confirming it was in we had a family member to come from 30 minutes away with a truck, only to find a Full size, not queen that we ordered. 3. If I could give less than one star, I would. Tried to charge me a $150 restocking fee to return a $100 box spring that I ended up not needing for one of my children's beds that was a platform type bed and didn't need a box spring. It is still wrapped in the plastic in which it was delivered. Took 2 weeks to get a store manager to tell me that he couldn't authorize a return. Called corporate customer service over 20 times without ever reaching a person, just voice mail. Left 5 voice mails without a return call. Only afte... read more
