Roy was great!! Excellent customer service, he made sure we picked the mattress that suited me and my sleeping position while ensuring safety of COVID, everything is lined and sanitized. I won’t be mattress shopping anywhere else!
Roy was super helpful and patient. He let us experience the different beds and took the time to answer our many questions. We had to go home and think about but but decided that the Tempur-PEDIC Luxe Breeze firm but we came back and purchased the bed. We are excited to get our new mattress and adjustable frame. We would definitely recommend Sleep Outfitters and Roy for any mattress needs.
We had a very pleasant experience while purchasing our mattress. The store was very clean. They had coverings for us to lay out while testing the mattresses which made us feel better during these times. Our salesman Roy went over and beyond to help us find what we needed. I would recommend anyone going to do business with Roy!
