William helped us find the perfect mattress, and was incredibly patient as we went back and forth between mattresses to get the best fit for us. He helped us understand how each mattress works different for different sleeping positions, and made sure the one we picked supported us correctly to prevent unnecessary pressure on joints. 10/10 experience and store.
