He was extremely helpful and made the experience truly enjoyable. I ended up spending more than I originally thought I would but feel I have something that really will help me sleep better. Me and my husband stopped in to shop during Labor Day weekend and was convinced by the sales person to put a $100 deposit on a sale deal until we went home to see if it would work with the bed frame we had. It didn't, I have called 3 times to get that $100 refunded and each time told it was done and should clear my account in a few days. It is now end of Jan and I still don't have my $100 back in my checking account. Is this how you do business, steal from the customers????
