Very pleased with customer service at the Frankfort Sleep Outfitters. I just had back surgery and they were very informative and helpful in finding the right mattress for my needs. Delivery and setup was great as well. Highly recommend to anyone searching to purchase a mattress.

Brandy is the best, she was able to help us make an educated decision when we didn’t even know what we wanted. She was able to find us exactly what we needed and what fit our budget. Super knowledgeable, friendly and easy to talk to. Would recommend to anybody looking for a better nights sleep.

We are relocating from Texas, and we’re delighted to have Brandy help us. She was so helpful in our selecting a mattress. We tried a number of mattresses and believe that we made the best selection because of her help. She gave us our military discount as well. She was so professional and yet personable. First of all my husband William and I had a awesome experience with the manager Brandy Jo. She answered any & all questions or concerns in a timely manner . We are very happy with the value of the bedding that we chose. The delivery guys where beyond nice and quite respectful. They where punctual with our delivery and gave us a call approximately 2 hrs earlier, to let me know that they where headed our way. We appreciated that, so we WEREN'T stuck at home all day waiting on them. We ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND SLEEP OUTFITTERS!
