After I purchased a platform mattress frame, it was delivered with an incorrect part. I reached out to the store for help and with some phone calls the part was mailed to me within a few days. Thank you to the very courteous manager, Greg Sharp, for his time and effort.
i came in to look at the mattresses and see my options....but came out with a nice mattress and all the helpful information i was provided with that helped me with my decision with which now i can rest peacefully and comfortably.
yes, i thought my time inside the dixie highway location was very informative. the guy i talked to (ryan) was really helpful. even tjough i didn't buy a mattress the first time i went in, i didn't feel like i was being pressured at all. i hope this company does well as well as i wish the best to the friendly mr. Excellent store and highly recommend them to anyone looking for pillows or mattresses.
Great job Sleep Outfitters. Your drivers did an excellent job. They called to let me know they were on their way and once they were here here, the service was outstanding. They moved the old bed into another room and set up the new one removing all of the packaging materials and cleaning up once they were done. Job well done.
