We were served by Eric Justice today at this store and we were exremely impressed by this young man's customer service. We mentioned we had bought a mattress from Mattress Warehouse in Barboursville six months earlier and were now looking to get a mattress cover, Eric showed us our options, and as soon as we made our selection, he gave us 50% off. SO pleased with the personal attention we received while making this very important purchase. The manager went out of his way, despite the crazy Christmas week and a brand new store, to make the experience easy. The new store in Barboursville is beautiful and bright! Go there first!

My advice is to check with other stores before making a purchase there! Honesty don’t seem to part of their policy.
