7 yrs later After purchasing a mattress, I needed to file a warranty claim. Judy @ Sleep Outfitters helped me thru that. I’m now waiting for the delivery of my new mattress. Judy is very helpful and professional. You will never want another mattress after sleeping on tempur pedic.
