RecommendedWe bought a mattress in 2016 and unfortunately needed to submit for warranty this year. (Things happen- that’s life). We are working on that now and the warranty has been approved. We are deciding on which mattress to replace it with. We went into the store tonight to see and feel the options. RecommendedWent to the highlands in Wheeling WV to sleep outfitters. When we walked in was greeted by Michael he was so nice and helpful. He took his time and answered all questions. We tried many beds until we decided on one. He did not pressure us into anything he let us decide. We not only bought us a bed we bought our son one too. i definitely recommend this store to anyone in the market for a new bed.
