I recently ordered some 6mm Remington brass. As it turned out I had purchased all of the remaining stock. To my surprise the online website had updated within minutes of my purchase. It is comforting to know if the website says it is in stock then it is truly in stock.

I've dealt with the original company, always had good experience. This time I didn't receive a shipping notice, nor a tracking number. I ordered on January 4th, heard nothing, and did not receive it until the 17th. Seems like the new company is not keeping up with what we had come to expect from the old company.

I did check out email log and an email was sent out to you with your tracking number when your package was shipped out. We only ship out during weekdays and I see you ordered on a Saturday. Brass was purchased 2/28/24 and it's 3/5/24 and still not received purchase yet. My payment went right through without this much trouble. Maybe customers should wait until received before paying. In the same breath should have done more research other places were selling new brass for less! Another business selling once fired for cheaper as well!
