RecommendedSlidell KOA is MAGICAL! My wife and I and our 2 pups stayed at the campground for 2 nights on our way back home to Florida from San. Antonio. from the staff, to the amenities, the pool, the kind people... I mean all in all a 10 out of 10! I would recommend this campground to everyone. We will definitely be stopping by here again!

RecommendedWe happened upon the Slidell KOA when we experienced mechanical issues while traveling I-10. We were totally WOW’D by this gem. It has a very “paradise vibe”. Very well managed and manicured. We only stayed one night as our vehicle was repaired and we got back on our journey to North Carolina. We are ever so grateful to have happened upon this campground and we will make plans to frequent it in the near future!
RecommendedWe have been traveling the country in our RV for an entire month. Slidell KOA Journey is hands down the very BEST place we've stayed. Beautifully maintained, spacious sites, lots of amenities, and super clean. Staff (Noreen) couldn't have been more pleasant, friendly and helpful! We enjoyed getting to know Queenie, the owner, as well!

RecommendedStopped here on our way north after buying our new camper in Baton Rouge! The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating and we enjoyed the lake and beautiful pool!
RecommendedWe had such a great time at Slidell Journey Campground! The kids loved night swimming, exploring the huge playground, and soaking in the gorgeous lake views. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Bonus — tons of dragonflies kept the mosquitoes away! We’ll definitely be back soon.

RecommendedI highly recommend Slidell KOA Journey. The campground is beautiful.They are only a 30 minute drive to New Orleans and close to restaurants and shopping in Slidell. The amenities at the campground are wonderful. The staff is very friendly. There is plenty of activities at the campground and in the surrounding area.
